Jabbar is committed to making sure projects run smoothly and that all team members work well together. This experience is vital for managing the global market and identifying potential investments for AllerTech.
Diana Gheiby
CTO
Diana, who holds a Ph.D. in Control Engineering, has conducted extensive research and academic work on precision instruments and control systems, making her an expert in measurement tool design. She has created a variety of industrial measurement devices and is extremely knowledgeable about sensors and measurement techniques. For several years, she has worked with AI algorithms and imaging techniques in industrial control and measurement tools.
Atefeh Soltani
COO
Atefeh holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering and has extensive experience in quality control in factories. This has motivated her to look for solutions for improving product quality. She researched the effect of airborne particles on products and, through her contacts with quality control labs, identified a lack of effective tools for monitoring workplace air quality. This present challenge improved her resolve to find a solution.
Nooshin Hajihassani

Nooshin serves as AllerTech’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), bringing a unique blend of management expertise and strategic insight to the role. With a Master’s in Management of Sports Facilities and experience as CEO at Mahrad Tejarat Atis International, she possesses strong leadership and organizational skills. Her physical education and facility management background give her a valuable perspective on user needs and product functionality. As CMO, Nooshin could leverage her strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns, identify new market opportunities, and drive brand growth in the air quality monitoring sector. Her ability to understand and translate diverse customer needs into effective marketing strategies could be a significant asset for AllerTech’s market expansion efforts.

Aliyeh has over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, focusing on human resources, sales, and standards compliance. She holds two bachelor’s degrees in educational technologies and human resources, as well as a Master’s degree in Human Resources. She has successfully managed projects, evaluated performance, and coordinated across departments. She is skilled in leading teams and improving processes.
